Jašteričia priepasť (“Lizard chasm”)
The name of this cave is derived from chasm entrance on the southeast side which was possibly created by falling of the ceiling part of underground cavity. It is also known as “Chasm cave” in Lizard ridge or as Big cave on Small Manín. The bottom of dome space is placed in 10 metre depth and it is filled with boulder deposits. A quite small ascending hall is richly decorated by colourful painting sinters and residues of stalactites. The bottom of the second spacious but steep hall is decorated by thick layer of guano left by hibernating bats.
Warning: The chasm is not open to public because of its corrosive-tumbling character!
