Private museum of archaeology, numismatics, and folk crafts
The private museum of Ladislav Janech from Považská Teplá consists of three rooms presenting exhibits which he gathered from 1998. The museum provides us with a presentation of archaeological finds, minerals, coins, and other means of payment from the time of Ancient Rome till today, but also with products of old crafts, a variety of tools used to make livelihood, parts of clothes, etc. The museum has been visited by more than four thousand visitors from fifteen different countries of the world since 2012. The visitors coming from the furthest countries were from Japan, Canada, USA, Syria, or Namibia which is proved by their messages left in the book of visitors. Students of primary or secondary school, students of history and other visitors interested in history often visit this place.
